Data entry automation
Enter information once and send it where it belongs.
If your team repeatedly copies the same details between systems, we can review which steps are suitable for automation. We map the fields, agree on checks, and make exceptions visible so incorrect data is not simply moved faster.
What the automation does
Reads information from an agreed source and creates or updates the corresponding record in another system. We define which fields belong together, when updates should happen, and how the workflow identifies records that already exist.
Example: a form and a spreadsheet
A submitted form could add a row to a shared spreadsheet and create a task for the person responsible. If a required value is missing, the item could be held for review. This is an illustrative example; the exact steps depend on the tools and permissions available.
Checks before the build
We review sample records, field formats, identifiers and expected volume. We ask what should happen when two systems disagree, a record is submitted twice, or a connection is unavailable. A connection is not assumed to be possible simply because both products have an API.
What remains manual
Someone still needs to resolve unclear entries and decide which source is correct. We can flag exceptions and explain the next step, but an automation cannot reliably infer information that was never supplied. Historical cleanup and changes to source systems are scoped separately.
Delivery and future changes
We agree on the scope and price before building. You receive the workflow files, custom code and handover materials, with training for routine changes. Optional hosting and support are available; a monthly plan is not required to use the automation.
Discuss your process
Tell us which task you want to change and the tools you use. We’ll arrange a free 30-minute call to discuss whether automation is a good fit.
