What’s included, timing & refunds
Prototype and refund
The prototype takes three business days once we have your sample files, report format, and the access we need. If we cannot show you the report we agreed to build within that time, we start a full $500 refund. If you continue, the $500 counts toward the $1,500 total.
After the prototype
If you stop after the prototype, you keep the sample report and a written plan explaining how the system would work. If you approve it, we set it up for everyday use within five business days. That includes the handover materials listed above and clear alerts if something goes wrong. If a temporary problem interrupts a task, the system tries again automatically.
Help after launch
You get 15 working days of fixes for problems with the agreed work after launch, included in the price. You can make further changes yourselves or use a provider of your choice. Additional work carried out by Runlean Ops is quoted separately.
Hosting and monthly costs
Your automation runs on a cloud server, so it can work even when your team’s computers are off. The monthly hosting cost is separate from the one-time build fee. Choose who manages the hosting account and maintenance.
Hosting & support
$99/month, including hosting
We host your automation and help keep it running. Your plan includes hosting, monitoring, security updates, daily backup checks, and help investigating problems with your existing automation.
Includes up to 30 minutes of troubleshooting or minor fixes each month. We respond within two business days to acknowledge and assess the issue; resolution time depends on the problem. New workflows and larger changes are quoted separately, with your approval before work begins.
Support is optional. You keep your workflows, code, and documentation, and can move to your own hosting or another provider.
Your own cloud account
We set up the automation on a cloud server (VPS) in your account. You pay the hosting provider directly and retain control of the account.
Estimated hosting: about $10/month
This estimate covers the cloud server for a small setup. The actual cost depends on your provider and usage; maintenance and any other paid services are separate.
Manage the automation with your team or another provider. You can also hire us for support or changes when needed.
Our $99/month plan is optional and includes hosting. If you manage your own cloud account instead, you pay your provider directly. Other paid software or services are separate; we explain those costs before you start.
